On Saturday 6th, December 2014, international students of Nanjing University of Post and Telecommunications had a trip to Nanjing museum which is the second largest museum in the country. The trip was led by Mr. Wu ShengChen who is the advisor to international students. At around 9:00am the students assembled at the stadium where a free bus hired by the collage of overseas education was waiting to convey the students to the famous tourist site.
The students arrived at the museum at exactly 9:45am. Tickets were given freely, appropriate check-in was done and now the ball was set rolling. No stone was left unturned as every single artifact in the museum was keenly observed by these international students. The students spent about 2 hours learning the rich history of Chinese culture. At long last, at exactly 12:00 noon the students gathered again to board the bus back to school.
As if that was not enough, a free lunch was also provided to the students by the school. In all, it was a very nice, educative and a successful trip. In fact the students were very happy and appealed to the authorities to organize such trips frequently.
